Give me a one room school house with a dirt floor and a teacher that cares about drilling fundamentals...over the fancy smanchy new Math and new English dreamed up by some ivory tower professor bent on making a name for his new theory at the expense of children.

Its going to take an outright revolution to tear down this whole education mess. Might as well start with the Teachers Union. Its all way way out of wack. Tear it down and start over.

The district had been running a $5 million surplus for the last few years so they added programs to use up the money instead of banking it. They added so many programs that this year they will be $5 million in the hole.
