Not at all. The legislature cannot consider every contingency, which is one reason that the court may have to intervene. Nor is disagreement a sufficient cause to allege a problem of conscience. It has to be, or be analogous to, a central religious tenet, or a close extrapolation. Most claims of conscience will not make it into the courtroom, as being obviously contrived or otherwise deficient.........
