Jews killed Christ (or at least that's what I believe for teh sake of this hypothetical) and thus I cannot serve them.

Christ was a Jew and in early Christian sects you had to be a Jew or at least convert prior to becoming Christian.

I'm not in favor of actively marginalizing people for any ideas them might have, even conspicuously nasty ideas like bigotry. I'm certainly not in favor of government marginalizing them. If people hurt other people with their ideas, they should be penalized. Or society can act preemptively and establish protections from harm, which has the effect of passively marginalizing them. And if society wants to passively marginalize them for their ideas by failing to reward them for their ideas, I think that's appropriate. Actively marginalizing people via horrible consequences is not a constructive technique, I don't think. I think that deaf-ears is about as active a marginalizing technique as I can support. At least at this early hour of the morning and off the top of my head. My instinct is always to resist forced conformity.
