Well that's hard to know really, isn't it. And there's the problem with the road to hell being paved with good intentions. Someone could think they are doing good but the end result could be far from good when examined impartially. But who then is that impartial analyst? Time usually is needed to show whether or not a thing is good or bad. Time giving a chance to step back and shake off the thinking of the moment and see something from a new perspective.
