Arnold was at worst, being boorish. He pinched a few butts and squeezed a few boobs. As far as I can tell, those acts ended there, he thought he was being playful. Clinton, while Governor, dropped his trousers and encouraged Paula Jones, a low level state employee to 'kiss it.' And he mauled Kathleen Willey, another underling, and then intimidated her into silence by threatening her family. And when he was AG he raped Juanita Broadrick. Where was she supposed to turn for justice? I do not see how the actions of these two men can be compared.
