I E-mailed Paypal's fraud address spoof@paypal.com with the link. They replied within two hours that it was a fraud and promised to track it down.

Good to know any suspicious sites can be checked with them first. I hope they have some nasty DOS attacks they can mount on the fake servers, that's sure what I would do in their position.
