That's my plan for Peace On Earth Why not put all the LWOs (Left Wing Ostriches) in a far-away desert island, supply them exclusively with news piped in by the BBC and the NYT, then declare that there is Peace In Our Time instead of Peace on Earth? News of terror could then be provided to the LWOs in a suitably gentle and delicate manner. Perhaps Baghdad Bob could be brought out of his forced retirement to sensitively deliver messages such as this one: "The Golden Gate Bridge collapsed yesterday after several rubber dinghies loaded with fireworks designed for Chinese New Years' celebrations simultaneously hit the bridge's moorings. The swarthy operators of the dinghies did not survive, though several were seen bowing in the direction of Mecca immediately prior to impact. The bridge's users took the contretemps as an excuse for a delightful unscheduled swimming opportunity."
