I am sure this is what they will do in California too. The weightlifter-turned-Governor can barely understand what's going on, and when things get worse as they inevitably will, they will blame Davis for everything.

Clinton's not "long gone." We live with his "legacy," which he spends each and every day promoting.

I don't blame "it" on Clinton. I do hold him responsible for his specific actions and inactions. You guys would just love to pretend that all things political and economic can be measured from one inauguration day to the next, when it suits your purposes.

It doesn't work that way.
