Saddam was no threat to anyone? Not Kuwait? Not Iran? Not the Kurds? Not to Israel? Not to the Shiites?

Was your evaluation based on Saddam being a peace loving humanitarian, who would never use violence, develop weapons of mass destruction or attack his neighbors?
