I gave you a totally creditable link

I didn't say the link isn't credible. It just isn't on point.

You failed to address my question. Who created the law that requires a Miranda warning? Who created the law that requires the state to provide an attorney for a defendant? Who created the law that allows one to substantiate business expenses by reasonable means other than financial records? I'll give you a hint: No legislature created these laws and they are all direct results of Supreme Court cases. There were no such laws prior to the respect cases; and after the Court heard these cases these laws were established. All have been part of the law since the cases were heard.

The bottom line is that the Supreme Court, as well as other courts, are a major source of new law. You said they aren't. So, I'm right and you're wrong. Yet, you can't admit it.

Instead of admitting you are wrong, you fight it, namecalling, making ad hominem attacks, using invective against me.

This is childish, immature behavior. You must be 16.
