"Sexualized inappropriately has already be defined as something that violates mojo’s conscience."

But arousal doesn't violate the conscience of the client. Thus it is not inappropriate to normal people. Therefore, we leave aside the irrelevant.

The question was as to the damage caused--not the reason for the damage...but the damage itself. The client was the one aroused by (his own business). The client says it was not inappropriate. Moho cannot blame the client. So how is Moho harmed? Is it physical damage, emotional damage? WHAT?

Why is this so hard for you?! :-)

You said he was harmed many times. Do you want me to bring up the posts? CHUCKLE!! ;-)
