That's not surprising. As an extremist liberal Democrat, Kennedy would obviously put his own political aspirations and party affiliation before the interests of the nation.

So what else is new? The fact remains that even Teddy Boy lied if Bush did.

Ted Kennedy is guilty of the same kind of "double-talk" that he accuses the Bush administration of. That's the only way he can reconcile his two statements:

- "We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction."

- "We were told he had stockpiles of other weapons of mass destruction. He did not."
