Dear valutrader, Based on your name you will appreciate this. Please recall that Rivera, Jeter and Williams were all drafted out of high school and didn't get big salaries until they won their THIRD World Series..then George paid them big..after collecting the prize up front. Meanwhile, over those years all the other big money spending teams (Alanta, Baltimore, LA, Boston) got dreck for their big dough. It's brains..not money...that counts.. Sorry..had to respond..
