ngx/ivn parallel. It did make me comfortable in holding the "portfolio postion" in IVN. When NGX fell to th C$1.40 -$1.50 range as I recall, I was comfortable in buying in at that range, knowing that a large equity financing was recently done at C$2.25. On the other hand, after about a year, those new equity investors cannot be doing hand springs on their 10% return to date on their C$2.25 equity investment, with NGX at C$2.50, more or less. At C$1.50, not such a bad return (66%). Each stock is different, of course, and the possibilities for IVN are much greater, I believe. If so, I'll participate but I will not be going oversize, taking all factors into account.

The warrant is a sign of weakness.
