So who is the OEM planning Opteron-based enterprise large systems??
---
Sun, but no microsoft. Sun is planning opteron-based large systems though I am fairly certain of this. Because the oracle team is talking about optimizing the OLAP solutions (which is large data warehousing for those that don't know) across these opteron clusters. This Oracle team works with Sun (usually).

The problem is a lot of Sun stuff never makes it out of the lab and it spins the Oracle teams porting cycles.
