DavesM,re:"CIA believes they do". Holly Nuclear Bomb, with CIA, we're in good hand. But Bush doesn't care or need to know what the real story is. Just shock and awe the North Korean come election year. (Haven't we developed those surgical nuclear bombs yet).

Because of Dumbya's policy, they are now proudly displaying and testing the nuclear prowess gained within last few months. Funny.. I rant in my original post that Junior does not want to talk to North Korea, and today it is all over that he wants to do so. Step 1. He stops talking to North Korea Step 2. N. Korea flagrantly starts building Nuclear Weapons Step 3. Now Junior wants to talk to them. See something wrong with the scenario here ?
