I wonder if Peter would tolerate closing the police department or fire department because taxes were too high.

Regarding my own retirement: I would prefer to manage my own investments to fund it. It would be a lot easier to do so if the government did not confiscate so much of my earnings. I would prefer to buy my own private catastrophic insurance coverage. It would be a lot easier to do so if the government did not confiscate so much of my earnings.
