I love that! <<United Nations would have however annually 3.4 million humans to Germany to immigrate, in order to keep the relationship from employees to Rentern constant. The fact that this solution is not necessarily realistic shows only one number: The Federal Republic must have then 2030 at least 176 million inhabitant - scarcely twice as many like today>>

Tell pezz that. There's only one chance for the OECD countries and Eastern Europe too!! Mass migration.

I will tell my daughter that she's got to ask for bidders to which country would bid the highest for her to settle in, in about 15 years!!!!

I want to see Francophone Cnada fighitng with France to see who can attract more Haitians ans Cameroonians!

DJ:

Interesting post. It is my belief that even in Germany the retirement crisis is overstated. The German Government's decision not to provide an increase in retirement benefits this year is one part of the solution. Governments worldwide will discover that small incremental reductions in benefits together with small increases in eligibility age will go a long way to solving the "problem." The last piece of the puzzle is the tremendous labor shortage that will develop in Germany in 10 or 15 years that will draw retirees back into the workforce.
