Since you say 'human rights appurtane from conception on'.... your position implies that you'd lock up (or otherwise legally punish... maybe stoning is your thing) pregnant women if they smoked... or ate fatty foods to excess, or did not get proper exercise, or vitamins, etc., as those actions could reasonably be assumed to harm the incipient human... and the same things (to be consistent) could affect the male - at least prior to the child's conception - because MANY environmental and nutritional factors have been shown to impair sperm also, and can lead to birth defects.
