Bethlehem was where Christ the prophet was born the geographic are was the right one. Judism had already been birthed. The all inclusive is true as all man appears to be pretty similar. Revelations began as message to the seven churches who had lost touch with what religion is all about and that is caring for people. This I think was written about 200 AD. Muslims can't be accused of "fickleness". Islam considers Moses, Jesus, Abraham, Mohammed --- all the biblical heroes --- to be Prophets. Muslims worship all of them. I doubt very much if they worship all of them but acknowledge them as being prophets of the world. Yet in the writings of all prophets is an attempt to create harmony of all man. It is sold under a singular book cover of specific faith but the concept is universal. I can see how arguments can be non ending when they are based on religion as each book has a certain clause that move man to the far right or left depending of how the words are read. Religion is in a constant process of evolving. The base of all is moral value that is law that governs society. The penal system of many faiths laws is administered by a force of unknown. Where by if you lose a hand that act is administered by man who at that point considers himself as the soldier of some miserable God. The soldiers are the problem for all faiths. Most faiths live by thou shalt not kill, the soldiers find an exclusion to this.
