<lol> Ken..What's unreal about India is the fact that so much of the area has no infrastructure, yet the areas that do, it's state of the art technology..Been snowing here all day, nothing accumulating though, bit early for that..Picked up some RBAK at .53(tried and tried to get it at .52, but no luck)..;^)DD PS: I've shoveled my last ditch for this year, time to dust off the carpentry tools<vvbg>..Just finished up a small job on a huge house<g> for a fella who is a steel broker..interesting line of work

Ken, I spent 2 days on the phone with India. Actually,between me and my lady it was 10 hours we were on the phone trying to get this thing fixed. I didn't understand them and visa versa. I could write a book about it. Finally, the next morning we got a guy from Florida and he walked us through. I think the next time,I will ask where the experts are and if it is from India or any other foreign country ,I will hang up and keep trying till we get an American. Not funny, but<ggggggg> Arnie
