Um, no. The people who actually did the leaks presumably know they did it. And those people presumably have a much more intimate connection to W and his "national security" apparatus than the journalists do. They could own up, of course. Not only that, W has allegedly told them to do so, so they're ignoring a direct order from their commander in chief. I'm. shocked, shocked! that they would do such a thing. Presumably, they think that blowing a CIA agent's cover for political revenge and intimidation is "national security" by other means.

Again, I have NO PROBLEM with criticism of the administration's current policies and strategies, SO LONG AS they are accompanied by viable alternatives.

You may require that proviso on your thread but here, although I encourage it, I do not require it.
