That's a lot like a con man that says "trust me". It just don't hold no water. you told this thread that Jesus came into your life and worked miracles in your life. does that sound any more believable? should we "trust you"? if Jesus can make himself known to you and work miracles in your life, how hard is it for him to inspire the scriptures? That being the case, you cannot convince me of the absolute validity of every word in the bible i never tried <g>. i was hoping you would accept the major precepts of the bible. that is far more important than quibbling over a word here or there. p.s. the six-day creation account you choose not to accept in genesis was not just an accident. Jesus had a very specific purpose for creating the heavens and the earth in six days. He is laying down the principle of six days work and a seventh day of rest so we will be equipped to know when the second coming will be. if you want to know when your Savior Jesus will return, you will need to read the whole bible, and recognize the principle of six days laid forth in genesis.
