wow.

So..let me ask a serious question to provoke some thought.

How could a 'small' company legitimately and legaly promote itself to the investing public these days?

lets assume for the sake of this discussion that the company is NOT a scam, and has a viable, working product and current SEC filings/revenue/etc. That goes for the stock promotion company as well.

Is trading stock (instead of cash) for marketing no longer going to be allowed? Will the business of promoting stocks/small companies just become no longer viable?
