And now a conversation with Marc Henderson of AQI (and formally of MFL fame) again with my broker who first talked with IR who stated their feeling that the IMR dispute would be resolved in an amicable fashion and soon. This was followed by a phone call from Marc Henderson who basically stated that the problem with IMR was a very minor sideshow of minimal importance to them. They had not wished to create a big public dispute which is why they had sent a private letter. They had had no intention of taking the matter public; it was made public by IMR reacting with such hysteria. They strongly feel there is absolutely no way the problem with IMR could have a negative effect on AQI and if anything conceivably a positive effect.
