IMR - "minimal importance"...."private letter". I don't particularly want to add to the large amount already written on this here and on other forums but this is surely most disingenuous.

Is AQI saying that they did not know that IMR was in the process of finalising a private placement and that sending such a "private" letter at that time would not put IMR in an impossible position where their only option was to make it public ?

This chap is not all he seems I'm afraid. Hmmmm.

It sounds like Henderson is Back-pedalling as fast as he can. With the seriousness of the allegations inferred on IMA, the deliberate timing of the letter, and it's affect on IMA's operations, financing etc., I would be a selling AQI shareholder.

It's a case of get out at today’s price not tomorrow’s.
