On the other hand, if something appears amiss with the behaviour of IMA Res. vis a vis the confidentiality, the right to inquire or sue is not constrained of AQI. AQI has, if they have a legitimate cause, no responsibility to the course of IMA Res.'s business. They (AQI) may, if they wish, pursue the legitimate investigation of the alleged tort and may make any inquiries that are appropriate. If this should inconvenience IMA Res. it is not a matter of concern, provided that the matter raised is not done for frivolous or malicious reason. EC<:-}
