Little Joe,

AQI's "case" is so none existent that they are starting to squirm! Dump the shares. Unless Joe let's them off, their may be another Lawsuit against AQI's Board. A class action from AQI's own Shareholders!

IMA's Lawyers are going to make an example of this type of blackmail behaviour.

It's OPEN WAR. AQI's action in my opinion is tantamount to declaring war on IMA. I heard from a bird that AQI had been barraging IMA all day on the day the financing was due to close. Were these phone calls? What was AQI saying or doing?

Then the letter two hours before the Close of the Bought deal! I suppose AQI phoned over to IMA's office to warn them to expect a letter, so they could be sure to get it delivered in time for the Closing.

I am told Canadian courts are not sympathetic to this sort of thing. AQI has still to make a statement of reply. I understand they have 21 days. What are they waiting for, perhaps they have a weak hand.
