Hi stockman_scott; Re: "Leaked Memo Exposes Rumsfeld's Doubts About War on Terror"

The war is going just fine. It's not true that "[t]he cost-benefit ratio is against us! Our cost is billions against the terrorists' costs of millions." We're winning the war against Al Qaeda, President Bush said so many times, not "We are having mixed results with Al Qaida." Everyone knows the answer to the question "Are we capturing, killing or deterring and dissuading more terrorists every day than the madrassas and the radical clerics are recruiting, training and deploying against us?" Since attacks against Americans decrease with each month, we must be winning.

No, the war on Terror is going so well that Rumsfeld is bored. Instead of working on an already solved problem, he whiles away the day with speculation.
