It seems possible that another Hitsgalore alum has a great deal of investors quite upset. David L. Shade was listed as the President/CEO in the Diamond Hitts 2000 10K. "David L. Shade, President/Chief Executive Officer/Director. Mr. Shade, age 54, has been a member of the California State Bar and an attorney since 1976. Mr. Shade has gained extensive experience in corporate formation, business law, and entertainment law and as Vice President of a Venture Capital Registrant has become a specialist in mergers, acquisitions and private/public offerings. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Cal-Poly (Pomona) in 1969. During his practice of law for in excess of the last five years, Mr. Shade served as a Judge Pro-tem in both Municipal and Superior Courts" sec.gov The companies involved with Mr. Shade that investors are so upset about are International Biometrics, Homeland Security Source and Spy Research Inc. It does seem to be the same David Shade as OUR Mr. Shade since the "About Us" page at spyresearch.com looks very close to the Diamond Hits 2000 10K. "Mr. Shade has been a successful California Attorney for over 25 years, specializing in corporate formation, public and private offerings, securities law and International finance. Mr. Shade holds a Juris-Doctorate in Law, Masters in Marketing, and a Bachelor in Science in business management, as well as serving as a Judge Pro-Tem for 6 years. President of Grey Wolf Consulting, locating and merging private companies into publicly trading over the counter entities. Founder of International Biometrics, a Biometric company that manufactures and distributes Biometric Fingerprint Identification equipment."
