If IMR were so sure that AQI had no case, they would have just sent a quick and private reply with the simple documentation and the matter would have been dropped never to have reached the public eye.

I am sorry, but I do not see how a confidential, private letter can be a basis for a lawsuit.

You are right, but as far as I am aware the nondisclosure agreement is applicable. This is what Aquiline has asserted and it has not to my knowledge been denied.
