No, Clark is in because Edwards and graham failed, both in low single digits, before graham dropped out. Edwards was Clinton's guy at first. Kerry has never been Clinton's guy, he's just his favorite northerner. He knows he can trust Kerry to rob Bush's pro-military vote big-time. But Kerry still jneeds a strong southerner or he'd be toast too, but not as bad as Dean. Dean couldn't beat Bush if he was running with Richard Petty.
