Whom do you think will they turn to? FWIW, I think Remy would not be a bad choice. Leyland is another OK candidate (although imo he may be slightly overrated). Manuel, Hardgrove, or Davey Johnson would be marginal improvements.

Don't forget BK. If healthy, he would do OK in the starting role. I don't think they will trade him just for finger incident, young pitching is tough to get these days...
