Just got this by email. A new BAY? <g>

Anyway, I jumped in like a fool and bought some at $0.90. Only 6 million shares FD. Worth a flyer. But maybe it will trade back down to 50 cents? :^(

Best regards,
Howy

Would you please explain something to us? We are interested in buying our first canadian stock. We have some questions.
The one we are interested in is in what we are told is a financing period. We don't know whether to buy while the stock is rising because they are raising money or to wait. Someone told us for a financing to be priced to the investors the stock has to trade at a certain price for a certain length of time and then the investors get a discoutn.
Is this true?
How long a time?
How much of a discount?
Could we be seeing nothing more than a price manipulation by someone or some company?
Is that legal?
We are just learning and any help you could give us we would appreciate. Thank you.
