this mornings update to the trooops ============================================================ Good Morning everyone Despite the slow trading yesterday we had a big time swamp job on P&F buys to sells, stock reversing up to down. A little surprising considering all the sideways action. This am we have 2 important eco reports Claims and GDP and tomorrow the Employment report all are market moving for sure. Currently we stay the course looking for solid trading opportunities each day that present good risk reward trades. Use the safety of those big cap tech stocks that you can enter and exit easily. You can even raise the lot size on an INTC or TXN or the SMH. But always get to breakeven as soon as you can. We're 100 points away from a test of top in the DOW, 30 points for the COMPX geez thats close, we breakout at 1970. The SPX can breakout here at 1060, 1050 is the test of top here. I was giving you the 2-3 scenarios on all indexes as we rallied up. Well here we are. Either we fail and selloff hard right here and now, or we just breakout big on ALL major indexes to new 52 week highs. I think we'll know this in the next 2 days. We can actually assume we'll breakout as the trend is still up. I want to see if the fund managers are sellers of this test or buyers of the breakout, they have 2 days period. Now whats OUR game plan on this "potential" breakout? I would hold some longs thru next week for a swing trade. I'll talk about several stocks I like for those trades. We have a big big major BIG Cap stock reporting next week it's CSCO I think they blow the number out big. Nov 5th after hours. Could be a large catalyst for the markets going forward. Also I make mention we are slowly moving thru this negative seasonality time frame into the bullish time of the year.
