It also reminded me to go revisit mine.

I have a provision in mine that you may want to consider. If I am dying without hope of recovery, I specifically instruct my doctors to give me all the pain medication necessary to keep me comfortable and pain free even if it should risk addicting me or shortening my life. Doctors are getting better, but they still have this horror of prescribing pain medication to a degree that a patient may become addicted (look at Limbaugh), or may shorten their lives. But come on, I'm dying, who cares if I get addicted. Let me go in peace.
