Bush sure threw the Dems a curve. They fact that the Dems took the other side just to have issues with Bush just shows how hypocritical they all all.

I think Bush saw the crash from the stock market, dot coms and Y2K and decided to spend, spend, spend, run up the deficit and inflate rather than what Wilson did in the 30's which was tax and run us into a depression.
Unfortunately we now have some new bubbles...he needs to tone it down and start to reel in some of the deficit. But the Dems burned his Dad with "no new taxes" so I suspect things will explode somewhere down the line.
