David; I agree....it's overpriced, and XM is doing a better job with it's advertising money. It appears that SIRI is counting on new car installs to pick up subs more than XM. This company has no debt......because it keeps issuing new stock rather than borrow money. It's already too heavily diluted and really needs a reverse split, but it looks like they are going to wait until they turn a profit and save up for a buy-back.I think that the current pps indicates that investors consider it a good long term play, and they may be right .....but HOW long???? On the upside, if we get another bubble in the next year or 2 satellite radio stocks may well become the dot coms of the decade. JMO cb
