Actually SV is behind a repeal of proposition 13 across the board, but especially for commercial property. Oh, I know and love prop 13! Saved me a fortune that those California Politicians would have otherwise extracted from me. The really bad part of this law is the "earmarking." Arnold did the same thing last year on after school money. I will be basically a, "Let's give our Teachers a raise, we don't have to pay for it out of our normal budget," signal to the School Boards.
