I agree, long term, no_fear_go4it is correct. However, based on what I heard on the CC, they have like 3 million additional in the money warrants outstanding ($355,000 of which have already been exercised since Sept. 30). So it could be LONG, LONG time before reality kicks in.

Let's see... $4.5mn cash burn per quarter and $16.5 mn cash & ST investments. Looks like a no brainer short sell.

Unless, of course, you'd like to take their word that this Elron Software, whose previous owners were so happy to get rid of that they didn't even insist on cash, will sell so much anti-spam stuff that Zix will be a great turnaround story. Err... maybe not :-)
