Ian,

I cannot argue with a word you said. I too am for re-importation. The simple fact is that if these drugs were not profitable for the drugmakers to sell in Canada as they claim, they would pull out and not sell them there! Are we to believe they are selling them at a loss?

HI Ian,

OFF TOPIC

Agreed.
In fact I suspect that the pharma companies may well be the best short candidates as they realign the soaking of North American customers.

This is proof that politicos can and are bought.

To say that we must pay more to insure R&D is nuts.

The SCE sector has run in the red for three years AND made substantial R&D all along the way.

It is the next mega product that justifies R&D.If global pricing were to occur the big Pharma's would have to make the tough calls that SCE companies make.

I think it is a fur lined rut that is about to get its butt kicked and turned on top of its head.

Some won't make it and the leaner will end up absorbing the bones of the failed fat cat Pharm's.

While we are in this transition -I'd like to see the politico's who've voted the availability of needed drugs out of our medicare system,by nonmarket driven pricing an opportunity to join the unemployment line.

This is a bad can of worms that has yet to even been opened.

We think we've endured a bad trough in the SCE cycle.I'm betting the Pharma decline will never be the same.

Bob
