Maria, It looks to me that corporate officers have an opportunity to exercise shares a $1.15 at a 2% monthly exercise rate. I didn't add up the shares but looks to be somewhere over 1 million. Dilution, but at 1.15 I'd say management sees upside from there. My thoughts may be wrong as SEC filings are like a foreign language to me.
