yes but they don't benefit much from the dividend tax cut! For gods sake who does? The elderly, who care about dividends for security, are often in tax deferred investments already. Young are looking for growth. I can see where Bush's wealthy friends might like dividend tax cuts.

Also the 100K exclusion on SUVs and heavy vehicles. Who does this one benefit exactly?
