Hi Harry:

Good luck on the real estate front. I thought with all the land in Canada prices would be moderate vs. here in the states.

Except for a few trades in tech and healthcare I've been on the side lines waiting for a pull back. Looks like its not going to happen. We must be like 1924 now versus 1932.

Hey I've been banging the drum on the stimulus package being much better than people realize. The politicians here are the Democrats saying its for the rich and not working [this will come back to haunt them in the election, they'll have to change the theme] and the Republicans being gun shy and just waiting and hoping it works [they are also keeping low profiles as IRAQ news is death and that hurts in the elections].

Well the stimulus is finally working [I have about 15 small business clients and those with the funds plan to fully utilize the accelerated depreciation provisions (1st 100K and 50% bonus deprec.)

The stimulus in 2004 is greater than what is in 2003. Whether the punch bowl is taken away in 2005 is still up in the air.

I just didn't think the market would take off so strongly so fast this year. Shows what I don't know.
