Aren't other other people are entitled to health care if they can't afford it?
At one time in WA state we had an insurance plan for low income people, but
I don't know if it is still available.

Help for those who are sick at home.

I cannot find the details, but I believe Dean proposes help for " assisted living" and
his proposal is based on what he accomplished in Vermont. Assisted living may
refer to children as well as to senior citizens or to others. I'll watch for info on
Dean's health care proposal.

Health Insurance for folks in Vermont.

I screwed up my first message to you, but I believe Dean's insurance policy for the folks
in Vermont covered children AND others as well.
