It was fairly commonplace in the beginning to have an extra account or two. I had a couple of others, but have long since forgotten the passwords. I doubt the accounts to which you refer are "hijacked".... more like "dusted off". It wouldn't surprise me to find some folks with a dozen or more of these accounts stored away for possible future use.

I used to be very private and secretive about everything account-related, but am less so now. Some things don't require it. Suspensions are a good example. The secrecy around them caused problems that could've otherwise been avoided.

I won't confirm anything about his IP address except that it was being used by both of those accounts.

I don't think I reached your specific post. I noticed a lot of activity in this thread, did some reading, and decided to check IP addresses.
