No, I happen to agree with you here. As I've said, globalization is irrevocable. But having said that, we in this country are in some trouble. The average standard of living will have to decrease. How is a person with a high school diploma going to be able to earn enough to buy a home and support a family? Where are all these newly minted MBAs going get jobs. And for what salary? What's going to happen to the Middle Class? In order to compete on a global basis, we have to be competitive. Guess what that implies? Lower wages, getting more from fewer people, etc. High unemployment for the forseeable future.
