Now that is a very interesting speculation that I haven't run across before. What leads you to this particular conspiracy theory variation? Any URLs or articles to share on this conjecture?

From everything I've read, the Bushies were attempting to do in the Saudi royal family as well as Saddam by providing false testimony about the purported massing of Iraqi troops on the Saudi border in 1990. A piece of duplicitous 'intelligence' that the Bush 41 team used to convince the Saudis to allow the U.S. to establish our first permanent bases in the Kingdom.
