I suggested on more than one occasion that he was posting too much. His defense is going to need all the help it can get, and nothing he posts here is going to help is cause... though it certainly could hurt it.

Point well taken.

Generally, I intend to keep an open mind on the trial.

The biggest thing Elgindy has to worry about is taped evidence. If the Feds begin producing 'smoking gun' tapes of Elgindy's private conversations then Elgindy's defense could unravel quickly. If the Feds are relying heavily on turncoats and other eyewitness testimony there may be some reasonable doubt.

I haven't really followed the evidence very carefully. I prefer to see it fresh as the trial unfolds (and as the press reports it).
