And the answer to that is to lower the legal limit to .08 so that the cops can arrest the secretary who stopped after work and had one drink. They have turned drunk driving into a fund raising event for the officers retirement fund or some damn thing. They are doing nothing to keep habitual's off the road. We just had a guy up here on 7th offense DUI who has not had a license since it was first suspended in 19f-ing63!! Put this SOB and every other one like him in jail and f-ing leave them there. It's the only way you will keep them off the road because they obviously don't care. End of rant:)
